More Oslo Signs & Such

- jelsen

Greetings from afar

Just like the saying goes, "neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet nor hail shall keep the postmen from their appointed rounds". And the wonderful miss Land lets nothing get in the way of her mail making the usual rounds neither. Not even when two of her most thankful fans find themselves in the 19 degrees of darkness that is Norway. A change of address and a little extra postage never stands in the way of Stephanie's love tokens.
Thanks, lady!

Our family is growing

Meet Jebidiah, our new pet. She was Jelsens xmas gift from me and will be living with a family in Sudan where she'll help feed and cloth them for the years to come. The family she'll move in with have written under a contract that they will give her first born kid as a gift to their neighbor - and in that way spread the wealth in their community. The neighbors that receive the first kid of Jebidiah will have to do the same for their neighbors and so on and so forth. Before you know it, Jelsen will "own" an entire herd of goats. And I'll be starting my very own Chévre factory.

When In Oslo

So, as some of you may have realized.....'im not in Brooklyn anymore'. Nope - im far far north in Norway. Bahareh and i are spending xmas and new years in the Land-O-Santa with her family.

I decided to fly in 2 days before her. I figured id get over here first to lay down the red carpet for the Queen's arrival - of course.

Yesterday, i stayed over her sister Atefhe's place with the beautiful fam.

When we were all up we headed 'round town.
Oh, and even though it's been a lot colder in NYC than in Oslo recently my feet seem to be numbing from the nordic cold. Amir sacrificed his own toes and offered me his 2nd pair of socks.

How sweet.
.....and we're back to roaming....
Merry Christmas = "God Jul", pronounced 'goo - yeul'. Uhm, basically.

Many more festivities ahead.
