A T L A S O N

Atlason's 'Princess' stool is made from a whole lamb, exposing the former life and current predicament of the animal. This is evident from the transition in the wool from the legs to the ‘back’.

Are you fucking kidding me?! No, they are not. There's more.....
The original hoofs were digitally recorded in 3D and then cast in silver, complementing the true details of the animal.

woah. How thorough. I just discovered ATLASON via Dwell magazine's March issue. Their site has a great range of amazingly clever work.

Here are a few:
...and last but not least, Victoria Butler's coatrack:

Bobbi & Julie Sitting In A Treehouse

Last night i headed to Bushwick for Bobbi & Julie's 'Come Play With Us' house warming party.
These two geniuses, amongst other wonderful things, placed a massive plate of jerk chicken wings next to a plate of homemade frosted [ and sprinkled ] cupcakes.

Ha. I enjoyed that....them.
"happy new home" ladies.

Slip'N'Slide

This video was filmed for Wallpaper* Magazine:

The brief was simple: to build a house to retire to in order to grow food, entertain and enjoy the East Anglia landscape. The outcome was as unconventional as they come. A structure that has the ability to vary or connect the overall building's composition and character according to season, weather or simply a desire to delight. Wallpaper* took a trip to the site to capture the physical phenomenon in the only medium that serves it justice - film.
