Grim Avenue. Who would've thought this street is home of the sweetest b'n'b? I definitely lucked out on this one. The neighborhood's gorgeous [ North Park ] and Carole's tooth achingly sweet.

My only regret is: i didnt get a chance to jump into their brand-spanking-new saltwater pool.
